We were pleased to work on the digital transformation experience for parking management with our distinguished client, Ghazal. Ghazal is a comprehensive system specifically designed to make the digital transformation of parking management a reality. It offers all parking lot owners a unique technological solution to manage their parking spaces digitally with ease and efficiency, enabling optimal resource control and maximizing the profits generated from their available lots and spaces. The system consists of a control panel and two mobile applications: 1. Parking Lot Owner's Control Panel: The control panel provides the parking lot owner with numerous options that allow optimal control over all resources within the lot or parking space. It enables the owner to monitor supervisors, their activities, and the customers currently and previously present in the parking area. 2. Supervisor App: The supervisor logs into the app using their phone number, which is linked to an account previously set up by the parking lot owner. Through the app, the supervisor can confirm their attendance, verify that the customer's car matches the entered specifications, and update the vehicle's status at the start, during, and after the parking period. 3. Customer App: After downloading the app and creating a new account, the customer can easily scan a QR code or enter the garage’s unique code, then enter or photograph their vehicle's information, choose the appropriate package, and pay the corresponding fees. They can then track their parking time, extend it if needed, and save the parking lot information for future use—conveniently and efficiently.
